Sacred Pregnancy Course (recorded)
This course is all about connecting deeper to the mystery of conception, pregnancy and birth through meditation ceremony, working with the Goddess and becoming your own channel and guide throughout this magical point of time. The course includes:
Pre-recorded Yoga, Meditation and Labour preparation class structure:
- Yin Yoga Class
- Meditation Class
- Birth preparation class (from a doula's perspective)
- Connecting with the Divine Mother and her archetype to receive support throughout pregnancy and labour
SHEREEN ÖBERG, DOULA & YOGA TEACHER. Shereen is a integrative healer, spiritual teacher and doula who holds a master's degree in sexual and reproductive health and rights, and a Bachelor's degree in Religion and Theology. She has years of experience teaching yoga, meditation and healing, and she is also a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine practitioner. She has been working with pregnant women through prenatal yoga and as a birth doula.Â
