This helps you connect to the divine feminine within and around and the messages are truly powerful and healing. Distance Reiki Healing ($111) I am a level 3 traditional Usui Reiki Practitioner and offer distance Reiki healing. Reiki is a healing modality from Japan and the practitioner gets attuned to Reiki energy through a Reiki Master. My first initation in Japan was back in 2014. Reiki healing transcends both time and space. |

Traditional Chinese Medicine Consultation ($111)
A 90-minute session online with me where we go through your health history and try to find the root source of any imbalance in your body and I give guidance around diet, lifestyle and energetic practices that can benefit your wellbeing. Follow up sessions ($88) 60-minute to follow up from our first call to ensure that the practices and dietary shifts are improving your wellbeing and to add new practices and foods that might help further. |

Doula consultation and birth support ($222)
As a doula i support women in pregnancy and birth. If you are pregnant and want to prepare your body for birth, I have created a session based on important tools such as breathing, visualization, relaxation and the voice that you can use in birth. If you are based in Sweden, I can also support physically during birth. |
