- Session 1: Opening call and sharing where I also do an astrological and angel card reading.
- Session 2: A Chinese medicine consultation where we work with the patterns of emotions and dis-harmony/ease in the body and work with healing it through lifestyle and nourishment.
- Session 3: Guided yoga and meditation (including mantras and chanting) session to work with the physical tensions and traumas, and to increase self-love and compassion.
- Session 4: You will receive a reiki healing to release and heal on an energetic level, to heal the past, present and future

The healing modalities included:
Reiki Healing
I am a level 3 traditional Usui Reiki Practitioner and offer distance Reiki healing.
Reiki is a healing modality from Japan and the practitioner gets attuned to Reiki energy through a Reiki Master. My first initiation in Japan was back in 2014, the second one in 2016 and my last one in 2019. You can read more about Reiki healing and my Reiki lineage here.
Reiki healing transcends both time and space so we will be working with healing the past, present and future.
Yoga and meditation
We will work with asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), meditation and mantras (chanting in Sanskrit) to connect with all levels of the body and to release stagnation, trauma, grief, anger etc. and to raise our frequency.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Consultation
A 90-minute session online with me where we go through your health history and try to find the root source of any imbalance in your body and I give guidance around diet, lifestyle and energetic practices that can benefit your wellbeing.
Angel Card Reading
There are many energies around us that are guiding and protecting us and we can tap into these energies in meditations and in dreams.
If you have any questions and thoughts about anything in life, like love, career, family and other big decisions, an angel card reading is a perfect tool for guidance. I do the reading based on your questions and queries and I take a picture of the cards for you and email the exact meaning of the cards and what the message is.
