During pregnancy, we often find ourselves feeling both deeply attuned to the magic and mystery of life and also a bit thrown off our spiritual center. As we bring these ethereal little souls into tangible form, the world of matter tends to feel increasingly important. Proper nutrition and hydration, regular exercise, monthly check-ups, good sleep hygiene, and so on are all part of growing a healthy baby while maintaining a well-nourished body.

​Similarly, getting our finances in order, gathering a care/support team, reading baby books, and creating a welcoming home environment can help both us and our babies feel secure and grounded when they arrive earth-side. While there are so many sacred and spiritually enriching elements to pregnancy, it’s incredibly easy to get swept away by the physical and material components of preparing for and (b)earthing these little beings into existence; and the stressors and pressures of modern life only serve to pull us further off center. During a time when we really need to trust ourselves and listen to our inner knowing, this overemphasis on the tangible and temporal can leave us feeling anxious, fearful, overwhelmed, underprepared, ungrounded, uniformed, and out of sync with our natural instincts and intuition.

To help neutralize this imbalance, Shereen and Diana created the Sacred Pregnancy Circle. In this trimester-long program, we’ll be guiding expecting mamas in a remembrance of and return to the spirit and soul of this wondrous and alchemical rite of passage we call pregnancy.

The Sacred Pregnancy Circle is open to all expecting mamas and includes both live virtual community sessions as well as recorded video content on the topics of:
  • The astrology of our mothering style and potential as well as our needs as nurturers
  • Using meditation, astrology, and ritual to both heal our mother/ancestral wounds and reveal the wisdom and power of our heritage
  • Ways of working with and releasing fear during pregnancy while replacing it with faith, peace, and joyousness
  • The divine feminine figures and asteroid goddesses we can lean on for support during our pregnancy and motherhood journeys
  • Breathing, relaxation, and visualization practices to help us prepare for labor
  • The celestial blueprints of our unborn children and how we can use this knowledge to nurture their souls both during pregnancy and throughout their lives on earth
  • Ways of maintaining inner and outer balance during the first 40 days post-partum
The program also includes rituals, meditations, yoga flows, breathing exercises, and reflection practices to help you stay connected with the spirit of your unborn baby and return to your spiritual center during pregnancy.
This new offering is all about connecting deeper to the mystery of conception, pregnancy and birth through astrology, ceremony, working with the Goddess and becoming your own channel and guide throughout this magical point of time.

Who we are...

SHEREEN ÖBERG, DOULA & YOGA TEACHER. Shereen is a integrative healer, spiritual teacher and doula who holds a master's degree in sexual and reproductive health and rights. She has years of experience teaching yoga, meditation and healing, and she is also a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine practitioner. She has been working with pregnant women through prenatal yoga and as a birth doula.

DIANA WESTLY, EVOLUTIONARY ASTROLOGER & SPIRITUAL COACH. Diana is a counseling astrologer who focuses her work around the soul's journey and evolution across lifetimes. Her mission is to help clients reawaken to their soul's purpose, recognize and release limiting karmic patterns, and reclaim their sovereignty. Diana also specializes in goddess mythology/astrology and feminine archetypes, and supports women in the process of reintegrating and re-empowering the goddesses within themselves.
