Vitality

It is time to rise up now, to nurture and grow on all levels of your being. You are the nurturer and the life-giver and you have an intrinsic ability to heal and be healed. Vitality is your birthright and your natural state. You deserve to rest and to revitalize yourself. I am not talking about health that is portrayed in media, to create unreachable ideals. I am not talking about vitality that is only visible on the surface, but vitality in the very core of You.

True vitality is created when we have realized that we are the greatest power in our lives and that we are energy that is constantly moving and changing. Vitality can not be compared or competed with, nor can it be measured. It is about aligning all of your energy, all of your chakras, through self-realization and deep healing work. Yes, we need to tend to our physical vitality with healing foods, provided directly from Mother Earth and natural movements that also moves our energy. But this can only be achieved when we realize that all is energy and that there always are subconscious forces working against or for us. When we take charge of our mental energy and work with reprogramming our conscious and subconscious mind, we also listen to our needs and body’s signals more attentively.

For me, vitalization is to honor sleep, to honor my body and the food I give it, to honor my emotions, to nourish my soul with meditation and yoga, to be in nature and ground myself and to truly do what I love. In the beginning of my journey, I used a lot of affirmation to strengthen my mental and physical health and throughout the years I have learned to honor my body and to always be connected to it to understand myself deeper.

Being aware of our energy levels and what restores it and what depletes it, is key to live more vitaly. Many of us are empaths and highly sensitive, which means that we feel and sense everything and everyone around us. It takes time and effort to learn how to preserve our energy through meditation and through creating a safe and calm energetic space around us. It is also important to surround us with those that we vibrate on the same vibrational level, in order to create an equal exchange of energy. To say No, is to honor thyself when you truly know what serves and what does not serve you.

Being mindful of one's thoughts is also important to stay vital and energetic. Thoughts can consume our blood, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, and blood is tightly connected to Qi, or Prana. Prana/Qi is our life force vitality, and we need to create thoughts and affirmations that strengthen it. Overthinking and worry lowers our Qi-levels, therefore we need to take charge of our mind and use it as a tool to strengthen ourselves.

Now is the time to embrace and accept vitality into your life. Affirm to yourself that you are deserving and worthy of vitality, just for being You.

Affirmation: I am strong and vital, always have been and always will be.

Thank you, bless. This is a great reminder to start the day with. Being aware of your intuition, mind and body puts you in ultimate control of your wellness. "Everything is energy", I absolutely agree even though it's a challenge to move this knowledge from an intellectual understanding into experience and fact. Being conscious and aware of what serves you gives you the responsibility to decide what you do and the company you entertain. I'm grateful to read this and I look forward to learning more.
