The word abundance comes from the Latin name abundantia which means fullness, overflow or plenty. In Roman mythology, the goddess Abuntia brought prosperity, good fortune, success and financial security and is very similar to the energy of Venus. This goddess has many faces and names. In Norse mythology she is called Fulla, whose name aöso means abundance. She was taking care of goddess Frigg’s jewels and shoes. She was thus seen as the keeper of female secrets.
Abundance radiates positive energy and it is more a mindset than a description of our physical reality. Abundance starts within and then reflects out in the world. We can either see the cup half empty or half full. Abundance is to fill oneself up, with life and beingness and feeling overflowing just by being. We have so much to be grateful for, just that we are in this life; breathing, seeing, experiencing. When we start truly seeing all the gifts and blessings that we have been gifted, we start to truly feel abundant from within.
The Universal law of correlance states that the energy that we emit to the world and Universe are always reflected back to us. Also, what we feel gratitude for will grow and overflow. We are constantly in a flow with these universal laws and structures and we can truly benefit from knowing how to use these laws to create what we desire.
Sometimes we also need to know and understand where our desire for different types of abundance is coming from. If it is coming from lack, abundance cannot exist. So ask yourself:
If you spend time in nature, unobstructed, you can truly experience abundance. Take the time to be in nature, meditate and create gratitude journals daily in order to fill yourself with abundance. Start knowing that YOU are abundance itself. And when you need support to come closer to your own inner abundance, you can always ask for divine guidance from any of the abundant and nurturing goddesses, and you shall have the support you need.
I wanted to once again share this lovely podcast interview I had with Michaela from Be you Find Happy Podcast! We spoke about attracting happiness, astrology, awakening and empaths.
If you haven't listened yet, you can find the podcast here.
It is time to rise up now, to nurture and grow on all levels of your being. You are the nurturer and the life-giver and you have an intrinsic ability to heal and be healed. Vitality is your birthright and your natural state. You deserve to rest and to revitalize yourself. I am not talking about health that is portrayed in media, to create unreachable ideals. I am not talking about vitality that is only visible on the surface, but vitality in the very core of You.
True vitality is created when we have realized that we are the greatest power in our lives and that we are energy that is constantly moving and changing. Vitality can not be compared or competed with, nor can it be measured. It is about aligning all of your energy, all of your chakras, through self-realization and deep healing work. Yes, we need to tend to our physical vitality with healing foods, provided directly from Mother Earth and natural movements that also moves our energy. But this can only be achieved when we realize that all is energy and that there always are subconscious forces working against or for us. When we take charge of our mental energy and work with reprogramming our conscious and subconscious mind, we also listen to our needs and body’s signals more attentively.
For me, vitalization is to honor sleep, to honor my body and the food I give it, to honor my emotions, to nourish my soul with meditation and yoga, to be in nature and ground myself and to truly do what I love. In the beginning of my journey, I used a lot of affirmation to strengthen my mental and physical health and throughout the years I have learned to honor my body and to always be connected to it to understand myself deeper.
Being aware of our energy levels and what restores it and what depletes it, is key to live more vitaly. Many of us are empaths and highly sensitive, which means that we feel and sense everything and everyone around us. It takes time and effort to learn how to preserve our energy through meditation and through creating a safe and calm energetic space around us. It is also important to surround us with those that we vibrate on the same vibrational level, in order to create an equal exchange of energy. To say No, is to honor thyself when you truly know what serves and what does not serve you.
Being mindful of one's thoughts is also important to stay vital and energetic. Thoughts can consume our blood, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, and blood is tightly connected to Qi, or Prana. Prana/Qi is our life force vitality, and we need to create thoughts and affirmations that strengthen it. Overthinking and worry lowers our Qi-levels, therefore we need to take charge of our mind and use it as a tool to strengthen ourselves.
Now is the time to embrace and accept vitality into your life. Affirm to yourself that you are deserving and worthy of vitality, just for being You.
Affirmation: I am strong and vital, always have been and always will be.

Happy International Women's Day to all my womb bearers and those that empower the consciousness of the Divine Feminine within themselves. Today we honor the Divine Womb, that has birthed all of the Universe, the planets and the starts, Gaia and all physical form. Society and media has for long objectified and belittled females to something as insignificant as their appearance, not their soul, intelligence, strength and sacredness. It is Her that is in complete alignment to the Moon's phases, alway connected divinely to the Universe, in tune with her and other's emotions and is the creation power that manifests the physical. How can we think so little of her to reduce her to her appearance? Let us banish all suppression of the Womankind and start honoring and taking care of it. This is tightly connected to how we have been treating Gaia, Mother Earth, who is the source of our physical body's, matter that we are created from, which also nourishes us. When we stop the suppression of the Sacred Feminine, remembering that all root of religion and spirituality once worshipped the Divine Feminine and sacred feminine aspect of All. We have forgetting about the Goddess, the Priestesses that once healed Humankind, and submissing to the patriarchal rules and regulations. We need to WAKE UP and bring the Goddess back into our consciousness to stop the suffering for All beings.
Let us all meditate today, to wake up the Divine Feminine and to send love and healing to all Women in the world.
I want to touch on the topics of sensitivity. I have been writing about HSP, highly sensitive person, and how it might play out in ones life. Many of us HSPs don't know that we have many traits in common with others and we might feel awkward about certain traits.
We might be introverted or extroverted, but we always need time and space to spend in quiet and stillness. We gain energy by being solitary and in nature. We love spending time with those we love, but we might feel drained after depending on the energetics and the vibration of the other. We are like energy and emotion sponges and as we are taking in all stimuli, we are also taking on other's feelings as well. This is why we might get tired and overwhelmed by bigger crowds, subways, noisy and loud places such as bars and pubs and when we haven't gotten any time for ourselves.
Many of us are expected by work, society and groups of friends to always interact with others and to maybe join conferences, social gatherings and being ok with speaking in front of groups. But for us HSP, this type of model does not work. Actually, the more we try to fit in with society's demands, the more we disconnect with our needs.
I have always been HSP, ever since I was a small child and not wanting to always play with others, not feeling comfortable around bigger groups and guest gatherings. As I grew older, I felt safe with have a tight group of soul family members, where I could let go and be the sensitive and emotional me that I am.
As we grow older, our HSP traits tend to become stronger and as the years past, I notices that certain work places and certain social settings just didn't bring me any peace of mind, I constantly felt like needing to expense so much energy and I didn't realize that is was slowly depleting me, on a mental, physical and emotional level. But as I learned more about myself and my needs, accepted them and honored them, I learned what I need and don't need.
I love sharing with the world and I also love to become the introverted hermit. The HSP traits for me also go hand in hand with more intuitive and psychic traits, and I am aware that I am not only sensing the physical realm but also the esoteric realms. Also common for HSPs are a dose of anxiety. I can have anxiety before being in bigger social groups, going on the subway or taking the bus. I also get overwhelmed when I have too much going on and I can't see any "me time" for a couple of days. Therefore I am not big on planning.
Another thing that could be experienced is anxiety around saying no, to social events or gatherings, work commitments etc. We know that we should honor ourselves but we are scared of disappointing others or to be dis-liked. We love harmony and we do not like to offend others. On this point, I will just say: YOU DO YOU, love and honor your energy if you need time and space. It is only when you are caring for yourself that you can care for others.
I will write more on this topic. Please share and comment if you have any reflections.
We have just left a very life changing year behind us with many astrological aspects that have pushed and shoved us many directions. Many of us are trying to find out what our true path is and how to take decisions that lead us toward our path. It is only through understanding ourselves, our blueprint as well as listening to the guidance of the Universe that we can truly know what we are heading towards.
Eclipses tend to show us very clearly if we are on the right path or if we need to let go of an spect of ourselves that is not strengthening us at all. Eclipses are trigger points that work on us for 6 months up to 1.5 year in order for us to process the insight and take decisions. The Leo Eclipse and Blood Moon was really energetic, so much that many of us wanted change immediately. But this is not really the time to make any fast moves. We are being asked to slow down, feel, sense, be with ourselves, be with that which we do not want anymore, to slowly release and let go. New Moons bring us fresh energy and allows us to act and start new projects.
Another aspect that I have personally felt a lot since 2018 is the forward and backward movement of Uranus. Uranus moved out from Aries into Taurus, and then back to Aries and has still not left Aries. This kinda came with huge shifts and insights that one wanted to take action on, but in his retrograde, doubts, insecurities and hesitations arrived. This is a energy that is not meant to prevent us from doing what we want, rather it is there for us to squeeze out there very last drop of that which we are putting our energy into right now, in order to truly move on, and appreciate the move and shift which is occurring.
I can feel and sense many changes coming into our lives now and I am very excited to see how we can step into authenticity even more, on our path to self-realization.
We have reincarnated at this time, the souls that we are, with the mission and purpose that we have, to bring back magic into the world. To bring back the Goddess consciousness, honor Mother Earth, to heal through compassion and love. To break the karmic bonds of imprisonment, shame, guilt, violence and replace it with emancipation, pride and divine recognition. We are not here to suffer or to be punished, we are here to grow and evolve our souls. We have been powerful alchemists, healers and guides, now back to remember, to honor and to continue the work that once was not accepted and disrupted. We cannot let the cycle of hate and fear to continue, so we must go deep within. into the darkness, and face them. As we bring our light to the darkness, the light will heal All. You are powerful, you are deserving and you are Magic
I realized it's been 2 months since I last posted here. I post daily on Instagram but not so much here, although I should post more here, to share my travels and weekly updates. The image above is from the Glastonbury Tor.
I wanted to give you an update about my latest travels. I spent 10 days in beautiful Croatia and Monte Negro, just relaxing from work, daily life, ro replenish and ground myself again. Then I decided to visit this most magical place, Glastonbury, in England. It is a place that has been calling me for the past couple of months. The Goddess consciousness and awakening is very strong and prevalent there and there are many wise Priestesses and Priest, devoted to the Lady of Avalon there. I felt energetically pulled to go there, and I always follow my intuition. I am so happy I did! I saw the most amazing people, met the most wonderful and loving people and experience huge spiritual transformation.
Our first night there, we spent our stay at Shekinah Ashram, a lovely ashram where the collective are Hare Krishna, sining beautiful songs and chants each day. Waking up and singing and practicing Kirtan was so heart opening. They also offered amazing vegan breakfasts and a wonderful and peaceful garden.
Then we went on down to Paignton, a small town by the coast. It is truly the Riviera of England.
We then went back to Glastonbury for 4 more days, where we spent the rest of the stay at a lovely B&B, Tordown B&B, right below the sacred Tor of Glastonbury. This place is a Healing Centre which has different crystal themed rooms and a studio. We stayed at the Angel Opal Studio and I could feel and hear the presence of the angels all around us. Def have to go back there again!
Why is Glastonbury so magical? Well, it has been established that the mystical place Avalon, has its physical location in Glastonbury, having been an island. There dwells the Nine Morgens and the Goddess can be felt and seen in all of Glastonbury's nature. It is a place of mindfulness and peace. Just visiting the Challice Well, the Tor, the Abbey was so sacred and mystical. It felt like a fairytale, but real! Also, it is a heaven for us that love magic, crystals and other New Age things, because most shops only carry these types of products.
This journey enabled me to make some important changes in my life and to truly embody the Divine Feminine. It is a loving journey to be on and sometimes it can make us face our fears and doubts in order to truly find our path and purpose. So for all of you that want to awaken all of your senses and get the veil lifted, visit this place and other places where the Goddess has not been forgotten. This will enable more compassion and love in the world.
I embrace and honor the divine feminine which is the root of creation, sensitivity and empathy. I embrace the Goddess within me that is the healer and the light bearer that is here to serve the world. I embrace the divine seat of life, the womb which connects the spiritual realm with the physical existance in order to incarnate new life into matter through the source which is One. I shall never suppress Her, I shall never disclaim Her, I shall never ignore Her and I shall NOT silence the guidance and painful directions that She brings to me. In this incarnation, the I has chosen to bring out the Divine Feminine power within I, combined with the Divine Masculine in order to plant the seed and to create life, to bring into action that which the world needs and to Nuturte and Love all that is, that was and that will be. Today I am One with the divine feminine, letting her cleanse out what needs to be grounded into earth in order for Mankind to be relieved from pain and suffering. Embrace the feminine within you, no matter what gender your physical body has shaped. Within You lies a great healing force, connect within and let its warm embracing light be one with You.
Everything in nature have a sacred pattern and proportion which is called golden ratio or Phi. These patterns can also be found in ancient buildings such as the pyramids of Giza. Yantras (I'm Buddhism Mandala) was constructed over 12000 years ago, geometrically shaped patterns that display creation in abstract form. We are a cosmos ourselves living in a cosmos, and this multiplicity can be found in everything within creation. Using Yantras as tools, help us to focus in mediation and to also unlock our own consciousness. They symbolise our different states and what we need to work on ad humans. The #SriYantra is made up 9 interlocking triangles, surrounded by 2 circles of petals and framed by frames called earth citadel. The patterns vizualise Shakti (the female principle and shiva (the male principle) which make up the whole. Sri Yantra helps us vizualise the entire existance through just one visualization and when in meditation we concentrate on these patterns, our consciousness becomes aware of oneness and Unity. It helps us see clearly because it stimulated many parts of our brain and also our pineal gland. When we understand creation we can also understand how our thoughts are creating our reaktiv and how we can use our intentions to create.
