I embrace and honor the divine feminine which is the root of creation, sensitivity and empathy. I embrace the Goddess within me that is the healer and the light bearer that is here to serve the world. I embrace the divine seat of life, the womb which connects the spiritual realm with the physical existance in order to incarnate new life into matter through the source which is One. I shall never suppress Her, I shall never disclaim Her, I shall never ignore Her and I shall NOT silence the guidance and painful directions that She brings to me. In this incarnation, the I has chosen to bring out the Divine Feminine power within I, combined with the Divine Masculine in order to plant the seed and to create life, to bring into action that which the world needs and to Nuturte and Love all that is, that was and that will be. Today I am One with the divine feminine, letting her cleanse out what needs to be grounded into earth in order for Mankind to be relieved from pain and suffering. Embrace the feminine within you, no matter what gender your physical body has shaped. Within You lies a great healing force, connect within and let its warm embracing light be one with You.
Everything in nature have a sacred pattern and proportion which is called golden ratio or Phi. These patterns can also be found in ancient buildings such as the pyramids of Giza. Yantras (I'm Buddhism Mandala) was constructed over 12000 years ago, geometrically shaped patterns that display creation in abstract form. We are a cosmos ourselves living in a cosmos, and this multiplicity can be found in everything within creation. Using Yantras as tools, help us to focus in mediation and to also unlock our own consciousness. They symbolise our different states and what we need to work on ad humans. The #SriYantra is made up 9 interlocking triangles, surrounded by 2 circles of petals and framed by frames called earth citadel. The patterns vizualise Shakti (the female principle and shiva (the male principle) which make up the whole. Sri Yantra helps us vizualise the entire existance through just one visualization and when in meditation we concentrate on these patterns, our consciousness becomes aware of oneness and Unity. It helps us see clearly because it stimulated many parts of our brain and also our pineal gland. When we understand creation we can also understand how our thoughts are creating our reaktiv and how we can use our intentions to create.
In the world we live in we are always trying to optimize our time and running faster than the speed of light, instead of slowing down and going in to the core of the I. What has been accelerating is the use of quick fixes and superficial treatments for anything that is causing dis-ease in our body. This turns into a double edged sword when we try to fix our own issues by attributing it to external factors. Holistic healing goes deep and it might take extra work and nourishment for ourselves, but if we can't make the time for ourselves, then we have the answer to why the dis-ease is there in the first place. In the time we live in we are no longer dependent on one persons or one organization's opinion on how to tend to our health and wellbeing. The knowledge sharing is vast and all the tools are readily available for us to take personal responsibility of our wellness; mind, body and soul. When you are in pain; ask your body what it needs. Take more time listening to your heart than your ego's destructive thoughts. Know and embrace your personal power to change your entire body's structure; cells and dna. You are a natural healer, so you can start healing yourself today.
Superfoods are straight up medicine from Mother Earth that not only eases the symptoms, it goes to the root and can actually prevent a lot of diseases. The reason why these foods are called superfoods is that you need a small dose of them to get huge doses of antioxidants, minerals and other nutrients from them. My personal favorites and superfoods I consume each and everyday are: spirulina for protein and decalcifying the pineal gland, turmeric as a general medicine and immune boosting, acai for antioxidants, pea protein for plant based proteins and many more superfoods on a regular basis. Strengthen your body and mind from the core to be able to stand agains weakening toxins. Healing always starts inside out and what you eat determines how your cells and organs work as well as how your mind performs and thrives. Your body is your antenna to the Universe and when it is vibrating on the highest frequency, you manifest your highest potential.
Sage that is used for cleansing is called Salvia Officinalis in Latin and is a herb that can be used in cooking or in medicine. There is a lot of health benefits with using sage such as lowering inflammation in the body, improve brain function, strengthen the immune system, regulate digestion etc. It has been used for medicine for ages and for clearing spaces and people from negative energy. We can not just focus on cleaning our physical existance, we need to also tend to toxins and dirt that our eyes cannot perceive, but in the long run that clutter our mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. There are plenty of rituals that you can do with sage for different purposes, the most important thing is the intention that you hold within your heart. I use it personally for cleaning up my home and my crystals as well as my self if I feel like I need some healing and clearing. You would dream the dream of living the life that you are actually living today.

So in this idea then, everybody is fundamentally the ultimate reality, not god in a politically kingly sense, but god in the sense of being the self, the deep-down basic whatever there is. We have got an amazing Full Moon coming up this week in Aries, the first sign of the Zodiac which represents the self and the start of something new. Aries is our instinct, our drive, our physical body and our willingness to evolve as a human being. I am so looking forward to this Full Moon because it will highlight all that has been hidden away within us, instincts but also fears and anger, that needs to be released and let go of. The opposite of Aries is Libra, and if Aries is the Self, Libra is the other. At the Full Moon there will be a light on how we balance the Self with the Other. Meaning, how do we balance the needs of I with the needs of others. How can we create more harmonious relationship with ourselves and thereby others. Libra is a beautiful feminine energy that wants justice and equality, commitment and partnership. How can we create this without compromising ourselves?
We also have Mercury in Libra, which sweetens our speech and thinking. Pluto's energy is also exalted right now, the planet of life and death and transformation, giving us more awareness to our evolution and ascending to new levels. Next week Jupiter, the planet of opportunity and expansion, will move out from Libra to Scorpio (ruled by Pluto) and stay there for a year. This gives us a perfect opportunity to really dive deep this year to make positive change from deep within.
We all have different reasons why we ever tried to do Yoga. It could be for relaxation, to become more flexible, to have a good workout or to reach a deeper state of mind. For me it has been quite a journey. I tried a Yoga class over a decade ago for the first time, but at that time I found the practice to slow for my fiery personality, having a lot of Pitta (ayurveda) in my body. Many years later, I was on a path of healing and I turned to Yoga as a means of finding my inner peace and stillness. I started with the very particular practice of Iyengar Yoga, which truly helps ones mind to focus on the moment, being a very purist type of Yoga. At the time I did not understand what type of transformation this practice would inflict within my soul.
Today, Yoga is so much more than the physical postures that you do in class or at home. It is all about the breath and keeping the mind focused, so focused that you could meditate without having a million thoughts and fluctuations. Yoga has become a physical practice for many of us and we can feel kinda intimidated by it if we feel like the physical aspect of it is out of reach.
In truth, there are so many ways of practicing yoga and Pranayama is a big part of it, learning to use the breath to fuel the movement. You can do Yoga, in the most basic ways, through basic postures, and still achieve the most amazing benefits physically, emotionally and spiritually. If you start practicing 10 minutes per day, it is like 10 minutes of pure healing each and everyday. Through Yoga you can start understanding yourself and your body better. It is all bout uniting the mind, body and soul.
