Om Shanti Shanti Shanti - peace in thought, word and action. Every word resonates with a specific feeling, emotion, actions and reaction. If you want to create your life in a loving and harmonious way, speak love and harmony. Being mindful is not only true for meditation, it is a mindset that runs through all of the days of our lives. When we understand how powerful words actually are, we understand how to use them to our and others' benefit. There is no greater frequency that you can share with those around you as love and peace, harmony and compassion. Every word should be totally aligned with your true souls purpose and those thoughts that do create a positive feeling within you. What you speak is what life reflects to you. We have got an amazing Full Moon coming up this week in Aries, the first sign of the Zodiac which represents the self and the start of something new. Aries is our instinct, our drive, our physical body and our willingness to evolve as a human being. I am so looking forward to this Full Moon because it will highlight all that has been hidden away within us, instincts but also fears and anger, that needs to be released and let go of. The opposite of Aries is Libra, and if Aries is the Self, Libra is the other. At the Full Moon there will be a light on how we balance the Self with the Other. Meaning, how do we balance the needs of I with the needs of others. How can we create more harmonious relationship with ourselves and thereby others. Libra is a beautiful feminine energy that wants justice and equality, commitment and partnership. How can we create this without compromising ourselves?
We also have Mercury in Libra, which sweetens our speech and thinking. Pluto's energy is also exalted right now, the planet of life and death and transformation, giving us more awareness to our evolution and ascending to new levels. Next week Jupiter, the planet of opportunity and expansion, will move out from Libra to Scorpio (ruled by Pluto) and stay there for a year. This gives us a perfect opportunity to really dive deep this year to make positive change from deep within.
We all have different reasons why we ever tried to do Yoga. It could be for relaxation, to become more flexible, to have a good workout or to reach a deeper state of mind. For me it has been quite a journey. I tried a Yoga class over a decade ago for the first time, but at that time I found the practice to slow for my fiery personality, having a lot of Pitta (ayurveda) in my body. Many years later, I was on a path of healing and I turned to Yoga as a means of finding my inner peace and stillness. I started with the very particular practice of Iyengar Yoga, which truly helps ones mind to focus on the moment, being a very purist type of Yoga. At the time I did not understand what type of transformation this practice would inflict within my soul.
Today, Yoga is so much more than the physical postures that you do in class or at home. It is all about the breath and keeping the mind focused, so focused that you could meditate without having a million thoughts and fluctuations. Yoga has become a physical practice for many of us and we can feel kinda intimidated by it if we feel like the physical aspect of it is out of reach.
In truth, there are so many ways of practicing yoga and Pranayama is a big part of it, learning to use the breath to fuel the movement. You can do Yoga, in the most basic ways, through basic postures, and still achieve the most amazing benefits physically, emotionally and spiritually. If you start practicing 10 minutes per day, it is like 10 minutes of pure healing each and everyday. Through Yoga you can start understanding yourself and your body better. It is all bout uniting the mind, body and soul.
With all of the amazing shifts coming up, having double New Moons and new beginnings in Leo within a month, a Lunar Eclipse and a massive Solar Eclipse, this is the time to ride the wave of positive transformation and evolution.
Therefore I will be starting a 21 day challenge on Instagram with you all next week on the day of the New Moon (23rd), sharing all the practices that has helped me to become more empowered, healthy and happy in my own life. For 21 days I will be posting a challenge, that will help you to shift your mind and body in order to vibrate on a higher level and step into love and abundance. I do this because many of you are interested in my own practices, and I want to now share everything that I have done and am doing.
I truly hope you want to join my challenge, share it with everyone you love and help raise the frequency of the world. When we all tune into the same energy, we become even more stronger and more powerful, in order to change our lives and the world.
I'll be doing a introduction post the day before the New Moon (on the 22nd) and you can all comment on the post and stating that you will join the challenge. That way I can follow your progress and You can help share with others, your thoughts and practices.
Hope that as many of you can join as possible!

My Reiki master Yuko to the left.
As you all know I have been doing Reiki Healing for a couple of years. Reiki is a Japanese healing modality, created by the buddhist monk Mikao Usui around 1922. Rei could be translated to Higher Source / Intelligence and Ki is non-physical energy (like chi) that exists within all living beings.
Reiki is a non-invasive technique that can heal physical, spiritual, emotional and mind ailments through a higher energy that Reiki healers channelize. Reiki is also a way of living, practicing love, non-resistance and gratitude everyday. The Reiki knowledge can only be passed down from master to student and there are several attunements and practices revolved around Reiki.
They say that Reiki often comes to you when you most need it. I remember waking up one day, 2014 and thinking to myself: "I need Reiki healing", without knowing what it is, I had just heard the name once before. I immediately called a woman that was a Reiki master and that day I received my first treatment which truly affected me deeply. I came out from the session feeling so different and uplifted, like a whole ton of weight was lifted off of my shoulders.
The week after I was going to Japan with a friend, and I was interested in reading more about Reiki, so I bought a book to bring on the flight. To my surprise I saw that Reiki was actually Japanese! I saw this as a sign and as soon as I arrived I contacted one Reiki master that I had found on Facebook and she became my master and teacher. I have now done Reiki level 2 with her which means that I can give healing both with the person physically present but also distant healing, and healing the past and the present. Yuko Kubota is my Reiki master and it was true divine synchronicity that we connected and the Reiki practice that she has taught me has been life changing. We did my first attunement in Japan and then the second one when she came and visited me here in Sweden.
I wanted to share her story of how she got into Reiki and I highly recommend you visit her if you ever go to Japan or if you live there. Just for a session, and see the impact that Reiki can have on your mind, body and soul. This is Yuko's story with her own words and why she started with Reiki:
"I started my career as a designer in fashion industry Japan. But it didn’t take so long to find out it’s not a place that I could really enjoy. I decided to move to New York City to take a little break and experience something completely new.
New York treated me much nicer than I expected. Everything was exciting and I felt like I could finally breath.
The energy flowing there is very powerful. It could be a lot of excitement, but on the other hand, it could be a lot of stress. At that time, I didn’t know anything about how energy affects us physically and mentally. Without noticing anything, I was getting depressed. Even things that were going well in the beginning didn’t go well after a while. I got into a negative circulation. When I realized something was wrong with me, it was already too late.
Every morning, I woke up in a tiny dark apartment in middle of Manhattan and already felt exhausted, looked at the ceiling and wished I could stay in the bed all day. In the condition, of course I couldn’t be active nor productive and that made me feel guilty.
I hated everybody around me, and I hated myself more than anybody.
I didn’t take therapy or anything because I was too tired that I couldn’t do even net surfing to look for a help.
But for some reason, the word “Reiki” was somewhere in my head. I didn’t know anything about Reiki at that time and I had no idea where I’ve got the word. I think my instinct knew that it was something that could help me, but I never try to find out what it was.
The landlord of my apartment building decided not to renew our lease because he had a plan to renovate the building to a fancy condo since it was in a very convenient neighborhood. My lease was going to be expired in one month so I had to look for a new apartment immediately. First, it seemed unfortunate for me in the condition. But, it was one of the best things in my life.
My biggest priority for choosing an apartment used to be its rent and location. Other than that, if I had a space to sleep, it was OK for me. I was busy most of time anyway.
But this time, my inner voice said I shouldn't compromise to find the one I really like.
I somehow followed it quite well.
I checked more than 10 apartments and finally found a nice one in Brooklyn.
As soon as I walked in and looked around, I fell in love with the brightness and openness.
The location wasn't as convenient as before, but it had more space, and a lot of sunshine and breeze coming in from the windows.
It wasn't a “cool” or “fancy” neighborhood but I could feel a lot of positive energy there.
The park nearby was like a heaven on the earth. Not only it was beautiful, but also the people hanging around there looked very happy.
In the first morning, I naturally woke up before 5am with the sound of birds’ singing and I already felt full of energy inside me. It was my first time that I realized how much the environment; the energy surrounding us affects someone’s body and mind, and the importance of listening to what a gut feeling tells us.
I was rambling in a Japanese SNS to see if there were any Japanese communities in the neighborhood and I found a Japanese woman who just started her Reiki healing space and offering one hour Reiki treatment with very reasonable price.
Since I had been having the word “Reiki” in my head but never knew what it was, I thought it was a good opportunity for me to experience something new.
I messaged her and made an appointment. She gave me her address and I found that she was only several blocks from me on the same street
On the day, I visited her for the first time but still didn’t know anything about Reiki.
She apologized me in advance that a delivery person might come to drop off a package which she had missed to receive the day before. She said she sent Reiki to the future in a hope that it would never disturb us. I didn’t understand what “Reiki to the future” meant. She asked me to stay on the massage table in case it happens during the session.
The session was amazing. I felt the energy flowing inside of me.
My first Reiki experience was powerful enough to make me believe anything could happen in this world
I was floating somewhere between awake and asleep, somewhere totally timeless.
She said “OK, the session is done.”
Right after she finished the last word, the doorbell was rung. It was the delivery guy she was expecting.
We looked at each other, astonished.
Everything was so perfect for me.
I decided to study Reiki with her.
After I completed all the levels until Master/Teacher level, I came back to Japan and started offering Reiki sessions and classes a little by little.
I had a fortune to meet a great Reiki master who is a member of the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai (the Usui healing society) and take all the levels again with him so I could deepen my understanding of Reiki.
But I didn’t think I could make living just offering Reiki in Japan. Most of Japanese people don’t know about Reiki even though it started in Japan. People are usually very skeptical about energy, healing or spirituality. So I had another job, some boring job for just secure my finance. After living in the U.S. for 10 years, it was very difficult to find a proper job for me in Japan.
Even though I didn’t get so many Reiki clients, I’ve never give up and continue my practice, because it was the only thing I could do well and I felt happy about.
Several years passed and my father passed away. He died in a lot of pain and fear, while he was tied up in the bed in a hospital. It was very hard to see that for us too. I felt so bad about myself that I couldn’t do anything to save him.
But right after he passed away, I started getting a lot of Reiki clients and students and I became very busy so I could quite another job.
Then weird things started happening. Almost every week, I had some clients telling me something like
“I saw a light here and I feel like it’s something protecting you!”
“I felt like there was another person who was giving me Reiki treatment with you”
“I felt 4 hands on me!”
“During my session, I saw a typical Japanese old my standing there!”
Even though they felt like someone else was in the room, nobody got scared and they say it’s protecting me.
Almost for 1 year after my father died, there were always someone to say something like that. But after 1 year, it stopped.
Maybe it was my father helping and supporting me.
It’s funny that he didn’t know anything about Reiki. I had never talk about it to my parents because I thought they didn’t understand. They might think I was crazy.
But after he became free from this physical world, he is so open, he understands everything without explaining, he can go anywhere so easily and enjoy offering Reiki treatment with me.
Several years passed and I’m still quite busy with Reiki and I feel so blessed.
People whom I have encountered through Reiki are extremely nice, polite and warm people and I have received a lot of positive energy from them. Because of these people, I could be more confident and comfortable to be myself that I feel like I can make some positive impacts to the world. I’m so thankful for everybody I met on my Reiki path.
And now it is my ambition to share this powerful energy whenever and however possible to aid and support the individual on a journey to personal health, success and happiness." - Yuko Kubota

Today I want to dive deep into the planet Jupiter since i mentioned yesterday that this planet is moving forward next week, 9th of June, after its retrograde that started in the beginning of February. Why is Jupiter going forward so important and positive?
The key principles of Jupiter are growth, expansion movement and opportunity. It is the symbol of the teacher, guru, grandfather, the traveler and the adventurer. It is the ruling planet of Sagittarius and when it makes a move it enables us to change our worldview, learn higher knowledge and helps us see the bigger picture. It either expands ourselves or it expands our life circumstances. Jupiter transits a sign for about a year and from this fall it has been in Libra, the sign of harmony, balance and peace.
There is a great optimism and joyfulness in Jupiter and wherever it affects our chart, it will bring in positive energy there. Jupiter will be in Libra until this fall and will highlight different parts of our lives. I will briefly mention what area Jupiter is affecting your sun, ascendant and moon:
Aries: Jupiter is in your area of relationships; romantic and business.
Taurus: Jupiter is in your area of work, daily routine and health.
Gemini: Jupiter is in your area of passion, joy and heart. Also the energy highlights children.
Cancer: Jupiter is highlighting your roots, family and home.
Leo: Jupiter is highlighting your thinking, writing and communications. Also your neighbors, short trips and siblings.
Virgo: Jupiter is in your sector of material abundance, money and values. Also your physical body.
Libra: Jupiter is in your sign, bringing positive energy to you within yourself and life in general.
Scorpio: Jupiter is within your spiritual and hidden aspect of life.
Sagittarius: Jupiter is your ruler and is highlighting your sector of groups and friends.
Capricorn: Jupiter is giving your positive energy within your own sector of accomplishment and career.
Aquarius: Jupiter is highlighting your expansive and adventurous sector, bringing positive energy in higher learning, exploring and also traveling.
Pisces: Jupiter is highlighting your psychic abilities, deep passions, sexuality and other people's money (partner and banks). Also death and re-birth and transformation.
All of these areas have been on hold since February, helping us dive deeper and re-evaluating them, to now move forward again brining in a surge of positive and uplifting energy again. So whatever have been paused, start it up again.
I truly believe in divine synchronicity and that the Universe provides us with the right people at the right moment in life. Both these women in this picture, Yuko my Reiki Master from Japan to my left, and Ann Murugan who is a Reiki healer and mental coach for climate awareness, came into my life in the most synchronistic way and they have been such a big part of my healing and spiritual growth.
Ann and me first connected many years ago when I was working for a big corporation and she called in for help and support in her online communication. We ended up talking all about her mission and also about the art of healing. I was just beginning tapping into these realms and I knew that she was brought to me for a higher purpose than just that call. Many years passed and I ended up connecting with Reiki through a healing that made a profound change within in, which in turn led me to take my first Reiki attunement while I was in Tokyo and I met my lovely Reiki master Yuko.
After my attunement I felt a strong urge to connect with Ann, who lives in one of the most northern parts of Sweden. She is truly a light worker and earth healer, here on a mission to heal the world and earth through growing mankind's awareness. The image above is from a weekend of healing and meditation that we had with a group of amazing people where we meditated in nature, did kundalini yoga and I held a moon meditation. The energies where very powerful and Ann truly conveyed her strengths through helping us connect with Gaia.
Our social media feeds are filled with negativity and it instills a sense of urgency and fear within us, therefore I want to also highlight that there is so much love and light in our world and people that are working in the opposite direction of what the media and news are highlighting everyday. Today I truly want to highlight Ann, my good friend and lightworker.
Ann is a mental coach in the area of sustainable development and climate psychology. She assists her clients how to overcome climate anxiety, how to communicate sustainability effectively and how to make real change from the inside out.
BeChange participants have now finished 2/3 of the BeChange program, which has focused on what and how they eat and their homes. The results: They decreased their carbon emissions by 50%.
At the same time their hopefulness increased by 25% and their climate anxiety decreased by 17%.
By working on the mind, they increased their ability to reach their goals. Earth role in BeChange is as a Social Innovator and mental coach to BeChange 26 amazing participants, ensuring that they successfully and joyfully undergo this 10 month process of carbon dieting.
"BeChange - Carbondiet with climate therapy" is a one million SEK green project funded by the Swedish EPA, Luleå Council and Studiefrämjandet. For more information, please visit the project homepage here (in swedish only).
If you are on the same mission you can watch this documentary for inspiration and also visit Ann's Facebook page. This project is truly proof of how commitment from a few passionate people can help to shift the vibration and the health of Earth and us.
Much love and blessings to you Ann.
I have always had a fascination for the sacred and mystic symbols and their meaning. It is not until I understood quantum physics and the law of energy and vibration that I understood why there are certain shapes and forms in religions and cultures that hold a sacred purpose. Symbols are more than just art and drawings that symbolizes certain beliefs and truths, they actually within themselves vibrate and emit energy just through their shape and the meaning that they hold. This I have learned through the art of Reiki.
The one symbol that I have found truly beautiful and mystic for many years is the Om symbol. We have all seen it and it is so widely spread that we don't know the root of it and why it was created. Om or Aum, stems from the hindu culture and the chanting of this sound is the highest of all mantras. As I wrote in another post, the A-U-M represents the past, present and the future and explains the three-folded nature of existence; earth, atmosphere and heaven. Brahma, Vishnu and Siva (Hindu gods) and the Vedic scriptures (Rg, Yajur and Sama).
The Om symbol itself represents the essence and the universe and sound is believed to be the first thing that God, Source the All created. Om is therefore chanted in the beginning of other Hindu mantras, meditation and prayers. Beside Hindus Jain and Buddhists also use this sound.
The symbol itself consists of three curves, the lower and biggest curve symbolizes the waking state where the consciousness is turned externally to our senses. This represents the majority of all beings. The upper curve is deep sleep and the unconscious state. And the middle curve is our deep sleep where we dream and our consciousness is turned internally. The dot within the symbol symbolizes the fourth state of consciousness and is our blissful state which is beyond the first three stages of consciousness. The semi circle symbolizes the illusion, maya, and is thus separated from the other shapes. This is the obstacle we have to overcome in order to become One.
So there you have it, study the symbols and sign around you and make sure that you tune into their resonance in order to benefit from their great powers.
Today at 3.44 PM (EDT) we have a lovely and fun New Moon in Gemini, which is also the first new moon in a long time to be a Super Moon. At the Super Moon the moon is closer than usual to the earth and even if we can't see the moon at the New Moon, its energies are very powerful and strong. Most people feel the energy of the New Moon in one or another way, during the night either having difficulties sleeping throughout the night, or sleeping very deeply and having vivid dreams. We are all different therefore the celestial energies affect us in very different ways.
At the New Moons, we start a new moon cycle as well as a new emotional cycle. Every New Moon has its own theme depending on which sign it is in and what other planets are aspecting it. At this New Moon, we have the focus on the Gemini energy, because both moon and sun is in the sign of Gemini. The ruler of Gemini is the fast-moving planet Mercury and the symbol of Gemini is the Roman numeral 11, which represents duality and also a passage into a higher divine mind. The Gemini energy is very communicative (I have been very inspired to read, talk and speak during this week since the sun entered gemini). It is alos multi-faceted, adaptable, two-sided, curious, social and young. The spirit of Gemini is energetic, witty, bright and charming. These aspects within ourselves are being highlighted now and we have the chance to plant seeds that increase these abilities within our work, passions and how we express our essence in the world.
We are also given the chance to plant new ideas and thought patterns in order to re-create our daily thinking and logical mind. Do we use our minds to create positive energy within us or is the mind using us to create more doubt and fear? Remember that re-programming our minds are a part of a higher healing that will shift the consciousness of the collective in whole. We need to balance our logical and mundane thoughts, with visions and our soul's goals and visions (Sagittarius).
The Ruler of Gemini, Mercury is in the slow-moving and earthy Taurus which deals with our values and our physical pleasures. How do we communicate our values and what do we thinking logically about values within and around us?
The number 4 appears a lot in this New Moon which is the energy of foundation and creating solid things from the intentions that we set now. So take the time today/tonight, after the New Moon is completed and 48 hours forward (avoid moon void of course) and set important and powerful intentions for the 4 weeks ahead. If you are a Gemini or this is the first New Moon after your birthday, this is the time to set intentions for the upcoming year, closely related to these positive energies of Gemini. Don't forget to stay mindful, because Gemini could be very airy and mind-less, leading your to difficulties to make decisions, making you have dual thoughts and different opinions from moment to moment. Ground yourself in nature, observe your thoughts and consciously reshape your mind,.
My mission is to create a higher positive vibration in the world, connecting with loving and light beings. Law of Positivism is a way of being and living, in total love and gratitude.
