We need to wake up and start understanding each and every part of life, mindfully and with careful attention. Conditioning is not made only through putting in fear and doubt during our lives, we are also being misguided by society to eat in certain ways and to look certain ways. But do we truly understand food as being the ground pillar of our health and our sustainability? Greed and indulgence has taken over the actual benefit of eating: to live and thrive.
We have also made eating into a horrible act of putting our own lives over another.
If it has eyes, it sees. If it's heart beats, it loves. If it breathes, it longs to live.
Why would I, with all of our modern technology, feel that I need to have something killed in order for me to live? Why would I not eat the living and natural foods that Mother Earth has provided me so simply and purely? Eat colors, eat phytonutrients and dare to explore and experiment beyond what you have been conditioned!
